             Sivakaranthai is considered an important "kayakalpa" herb in Siddha medicine. Its botanical name is Sphaeranthus amaranthoides. It is a small plant that grows throughout India, especially in areas around water bodies and paddy fields.
             Sivakaranthai plant has a pleasant aroma. All parts of it, including the stem, leaves, flowers, root and seeds, have medicinal properties.

Sivakaranthai herb is traditionally used to treat many diseases.
   1. Skin diseases: Helps treat skin diseases like rashes, scabies, and cockroaches.
   2. Blood purification: Purifies the blood by removing toxins and impurities from the blood.
