VELLARUGU POWDER (வெள்ளருகு பொடி)

     Vellarugu powder is traditionally used for various ailments, including alleviating itching and insect poisoning, acting as a laxative and stomachic, and helping to reduce body heat. To prepare it, steep 3-5g of the powder in 150ml of hot water for a few minutes, then filter and serve hot or cold, adding honey for sweetness if desired.
